In an exclusive interview with Token Magazine, Abike Osunbe Olushina, the Founder and Owner of Abike Media Productions, LLC, and The Critical Line Network Channel & Podcast, shared her journey, inspirations, and advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Abike Osunbe Olushina is currently focused on building and scaling her online talk show, a project that aligns perfectly with her passion for positive communication. “I love positive communications that bring healing to us and uplift us, so I created a Media Company where I can contribute in my own way,” she explained.
Her approach to business is deeply personal and innovative. When asked how she balances authenticity and innovation, Abike highlighted the importance of learning from industry masters. “I do so by seeking out those in the industry who have mastered what I am doing,” she said.
Representation in business is a crucial topic for Abike. She believes it is “very important” and sees her work as a means to contribute positively to her community. For Abike, success is defined by “abundant overflow in all aspects of business and community.”
Abike’s advice to the next generation of Black entrepreneurs is particularly inspiring. “Stop listening to so much advice that you don’t listen to your own creative heart, ideas, and vision. Everyone will not get it, so you have to believe in yourself,” she advised. “Also, if your vision is not the norm of how everyone else does it, good. Don’t let them demotivate you, just know it’s time for something new and each generation brings that. Courage!!!”
Looking ahead, Abike is focused on growing and scaling her online talk show, continuing her journey of positive impact and innovation in the media industry.
