To further her expertise and impact, Hughes pursued a Doctorate of Executive Leadership from the prestigious Faye B. Bryant Leadership Institute in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, graduating in 2024.
Driven by her deep-rooted faith, community involvement, and devotion to her daughter, Hughes has consistently demonstrated her passion for guiding individuals towards their goals and dreams.
